The Board of Directors:
1. is responsible for the implementation of the by laws;
2. after consultation with the concerned departments, defined in consultation with Rector the strategic direction and development of points of the university;
3. regulates the organization of the university in a by law, particularly the composition and competencies of the various academic institutions and determines the design of internal remedies;
4. sets the personnel policies and regulates the recruitment and service conditions;
5. monitors the quality of the performance of the university;
6. decide, after consultation with the relevant faculties, on the creation and cancellation of courses;
7. is serving as election authority during the election of the Managing Director, Board of Appeal against all decisions of other university bodies, Auditing Body;
8. may for important reason, after consultation with the faculties, retrieve people chosen by him;
9. adopt the necessary regulations, particularl
- a personnel policy
- an order on the university fees
- licencing restrictions after consultation with the Rectorate and the concerned faculty
10. through the budgeting has under the statutes the resources of the University;
11. approved
- the elctorial process and the election of the Rector at the request of shareholders
- the study rules and regulations of the training, testing and required academic credits
- the appointment of honorary Professor
12. decides on the budget, the annual accounts and annual report;
13. determines the principles for cooperation with third party;
14. it felt the other tasks that are assigned to it by the statutes of the university.
